Company went out of business in January but struggled to pay me November and December. Countrywide loan modification help they modified our loan back in Dec. They were not going to accept the modification with the funds because an employee, she said we did not date one of the pages of the modification. After going back and forth and having to get a third party to step in-the modification from Dec. was accepted at the end of Feb. There was a payment due Feb. 1 and March 1 - I sent both of these payments but neither have cleared my bank. The company my husband works for started having financial problems so he was without a job at the end of March. He is working now so I know we can get caught up. Lost job and need foreclosure help

no payments have been made since January. My fiancee had his hours cutback and my mother was going through chemo and radiation treatments for cancer. I have fallen behind on my mortgage, I have had some bad experience this past last year when my mother passed first, then my sister funeral expenses then got served with divorce papers. with the responsibility of paying the attorney which I still owe. I can’t seem to get caught up. I have not receive my alimony payments yet. I had the money but I had to pay it back to one of quick paydays that took all my money. I missed December, now January is due. I’m scared I don’t want to lose my house which I have been in for almost 20 yrs. can You please help? I do not want to lose my house. Countrywide is foreclosing
