Foreclosure help in Escondido

Have tried to work with lender, but no cooperation.  I advised lender when first payment was late in December.  Washington Mutual has not been responsive to any resolution.  First request for loan counseling to resolve delinquency was denied, but never sent advising denial.  Washington Mutual collection has been impersonating loss mitigation and unresponsive to HUD counselor. Don’t know what to do.  At a loss now.  This has been going on since December.  Fell behind due to sister being unemployed.  She helped pay the mortgage. She has recently gone back to work.

We are currently in negotiations with Washington Mutual and the file has been assigned to a negotiator. That is farther than they had gotten before with the free service. We are very interested in offering foreclosure help in Escondido , we have submitted for a loan modification with Washington Mutual
