my interest rate changed and is adjusting every six months and I was told that there is no equity in the property, and that is why i have not been able to refinance. The reason I fell behind is that back in November I lost a second source of income so I was due for refinance in April, 2 years had past for the penalty fee, and so I have 2 loans 80/20 and my payment went up 1000.00 dollars in June and so I can not make the 4000.00 dollars total payment, compared to 3250 including HOA and I just do not have that kind of income, I was struggling before but I took out my 401k and sold my car and sold some vacation with the company I am presently employed so I could make it to April but i am not getting anywhere, and I am afraid I might loose my home.
