I started out with an 80/20 loan from countrywide. I refinanced through Option one to get a fixed rate and a single loan. Option One, who I believe inflated the value of my home upon appraisal  immediately sold my loan to Ocwen Mortgage. So know I have a 1200 a month payment I on a house that isn’t worth what I would have to sell it for to break even. Recently my mother was in a car accident and then ended up in the hospital, she is the main source of income in our household, I really need help with my foreclosure on my house.
