I am a victim of Predatory Lending

Approx, 2 years ago, I lost my job and had to obtain a second mortgage with a predatory finance firm at 18%. I acquired another job immediate after I got the loan, but due to the housing market downturn, land surveying sort of slowed down and I again found myself with a job. I have worked doing drafting and whatever else I could but fell behind and now I am a victim of my own refinancing. About 6 years ago the property appraised for 165K but now I have had it on the market for about a month at 130K and now down to 108K. I just want to sell, pay off the existinig mortgages and go continue
my education to get a better job with any proceeds representing my equity in the property. Private mortgage holder/original owner is 1 st mortgage, Equity One Loans is 2nd mortgage holder. stop foreclosure and sell my house
