Stay Out of Foreclosure

I wrote a letter and applied for a plan to stop Chase foreclosure. My wife got behind in October and didn’t tell me about it until i received the Notice of Default. It snowballed from there and now I am 6 payments behind. I have a good steady job and can maintain payments but need a little leeway on the past due. I can completely get out of this within 1 year guaranteed. I have an appointment with an Attorney on Monday. I know very little about my foreclosure options at this time. they aren’t taking anymore money. They have 3000 on hold in some kind of account there and I have 1000 more to add to it but they will not accept it. I cant explain all this here in writing.

We have recently taken this case on and have been able to put on a repayment plan that increased payments for 6 months of $150.00 and stopped the foreclosure. This homeowner did not have an adjustable rate mortgage and had low interest rate so we did not do a loan modification because it would have increased homeowners payments for the life of the loan, this way it is only 6 months and then back to great payment.
