HEART Team working Countrywide Loan Modification

    If you have been referred by Countrywide to the Heart Program are you then qualified for hardship assistance or do you have to still wait for an approval/denial notification?

    most likely you will be approved but there are some instances where Heart will deny. You need to call a at least once a week to check status
