Orange County Foreclosure Help

The property is involved in a divorce case. I was a roomate with the couple and am on the loan with the ex-husband. He has refused to pay the mortgage and any spousal support. So I ended up paying to try to keep my credit good. But a 60 day late happened while in court, and 2 30 day lates – last October and January. I was laid off from work in September and just recently got a Security Guard job. The lender (1st) just tacked on the taxes to the payments (was 3773, now 5468). The 2nd is 780. So now the monthly is about 6200!  I had to take out all my retirement, sell two cars and borrow money to try to make the payment. Now I can’t at all. May is due and June on the 1st.  The ex-wife and I are on title. The ex-husband was in jail for a while, he is not on title but still on the loan. The divorce can’t be finalized unitl the house is refied or sold. She despartely wants to keep it. Please help stop foreclosure
