Company went out of business in January but struggled to pay me November and December. Keep all payments current until I found new employer they bounced 2 out of four of my paychecks and we have been sinking ever since. I found new job and they fired me after eight days. Countrywide loan modification help they modified our loan back in Dec. They were not going to accept the modification with the funds because an employee, she said we did not date one of the pages of the modification. After going back and forth and having to get a third party to step in-the modification from Dec. was accepted at the end of Feb. There was a payment due Feb. 1 and March 1 - I sent both of these payments but neither have cleared my bank. The company my husband works for started having financial problems so he was without a job at the end of March. He is working now so I know we can get caught up.
