   My daughter bought a town home a couple years back under a 1st time home buyers program. However, the ramifications of a terrible car accident overcame her; she and the co-signer suddenly found themselves both out of work, and had both of their roommates move out without proper notice. Neither my daughter, nor the co-owner, had the ability to recover and the house has since entered foreclosure. Can you help?

   Also, I own a moble home on 2 fabulous acres of land in a GREAT, fast growing area (Wakulla, FL) going on 14 years now; I am single, disabled, mother of 3 one of whom is also disabled. My ex has never paid child support correctly; I fell behind and could never catch up; back taxes are due. The home’s mortgage is only about $33k now give or take!! I MUST get some help or this WILL go into foreclosure; I have just fallen another month behind.

   My husband had not been working for six months now. He would not resume work until January, because of social reasons. We rented our home in February 2008 to a tenant we thought was the ideal tenant, – but after two months living there, he stopped paying rent which became very hard for us to pay mortgage.    well i had to put my home up for sale for 6 months so this month would have been #5 but on the 20th of September I did not have all of the $714.00 so i paid 634.00 and 1 week later paid 90.00 now I received a letter from the court saying to restart the forecloser process because I def.my forebearance agreement so now i don’t know what to do i called home q and she said i need 1435 by the 15 i can’t come up with that amount so soon so please help me thanks, HomEq i was paying the 714.00 then i paid 635.00 and would pay the rest in a week .but that was not good enough. I need foreclosure help with HomEq
