I fell behind in my mortgage due to financial trouble then spurring into a car accident that put me even further in financial trouble. We tried to pay back Ocwen Mortgage and i fell behind 4 months. now we are up to 10000 + owed and they are starting the foreclosure process despite we have been trying to pay them back on their repayment plan since October 2007. Please help! We need foreclosure help with Ocwen Mortgage and we heard about your ability to negotiate with our lender. Our neighbor said you saved their house from foreclosure in Las Vegas.

We were also able to give this homeowner a loan modification and get her current again. We are very familiar with Ocwen mortgage loss mitigation department. We had had great success stopping foreclosure with Ocwen. We have had many Loan Modifications with Ocwen Mortgage
We are in an ARM with very high payments and a high interest rate. My husband has lost his job but is now working with pay on a 1099 contract basis that could end without notice. We struggle to make the payments every month. I called one of the loan mod companies we saw on CNN and they told us they could not help until we we at least 30 days past on both loans (we have a 1st and 2nd) Our first was with First Franklin but they sold it to Select Portfolio and our second is with HSBC. I have also called and asked them if we could put payments on the end of our loan to help us get back on track and they refuse. We felt uneasy about the loan mod company we spoke to given that they wanted us to let our mortgage payments go to purposefully become overdue. We are upside down in the house and cannot refinance.
I find it ridiculous that we have be in arrears before we can get help. Why not help so we do not go into arrears? Is there anything we can do? I have seen too many stories of people trying to work the SPS on their own, they get no where.
Please help if you can:)
