I fell behind due to be unable to work. I got in over my head by taking out installment loans to keep food in the house. I was told by lender they would work with me and give me options and then I received a notice to forclouse. Don\’t know what to do now. I have very poor credit. I was off work for a while and my husband left me with no money.
I tried to start a homebased business, and before I realized it. I had lost all of my money to include charging up all my credit cards. I am currently three months behind in my mortgate with monthly payments of $1931, if I can get the payments down to $1500 for a while, I can keep my home and pay additional money so that I can catch up. No, Citimortgage, please provide me with a email of the name and number of a person I can contact, and I will contact your organization, if you can help me out.
My business failed due to non-payment of services rendered. I was going through a divorce at this time which also caused me to fall behind. I am now on a fixed income which makes it even more difficult to come up with the payments ever month. I have filed a chapter 13 and also a chapter 7. I have been trying to work with the bank, but unfortnately the the amount they are requesting is beyond my income. Yes my situation has changed from a year ago. I am now on a fixed income due to a disiability I have at the moment.
