We started having unexpected expenses with medical bills in January, in February our son came home from Iraq for r&r 18 days. We then had to move our daughter in law from Kentucky to Ft Leonard Wood MO into base housing. She is pregnant and needed to be by a base hospital while her husband is in Iraq. We also took a week trip to Wisconsin when our other son got out of the Marines and became a dad plus see other family.
Bank of America has our mortgage and I am trying to get a loan modification with Bank of America to bring our mortgage up to date. We had also gotten behind on our car payment so it was a toss up on who was going to get caught up first. By the end of this month we will be current on the car. But still two months behind on the mortgage. We need help stopping foreclosure with Bank Of America

I am currently doing a REC with the sellers. Due to financial hardship and employment I have been in default for since July. the interest rate has gone up on the home and the owners could be facing foreclosure. I would love to keep the home because my financial situation has turned around however i cant make the back payments. The owners are willing to work with me in order to get something done so this doesn’t foreclose. Bank of America is foreclosing, we need foreclosure help in New Mexico

  1. one of the borrowers lost their job, we got behind on the taxes which created an escrow shortage and in addition to the mtg payment increasing, we also have ARM that adjusted – we believe it was a subprime ARM (2yr adjustable) My situation has not changed. we applied for a loan modification from Bank of America however we’re getting the run around.

Over the past several years I have several issues that have caused my mortgage payments to fall behind. I lost my job due to the business being closed, my husband had major lung surgery and was off of work for over 8 months, I was diagnosed with cervical cancer and had to have surgery, was off of work for over 6 months, my husband and I separted got back together and now are divorcing and I am trying to save my house on my own. My house is in my name only. I purchased my house prior to my marriage. When I purchased my house the payments where $900 a month and within a year or so rocketed up to $1200, then when payments fell behind and I tried to make arrangements with Bank of America the payments shot up to $1500. I am now a single mom do not receive any child support and I make $2000 a month. I want to save my house. My ex-husband and I have filed for bankruptcy Chapter 13 payments are being made to repay our debt but the amount they wanted for the house for the next 3 years was way too much and he does not want to help and it is not something I can do on my own. Is there anything anyone can do to help me? I truly have no idea what I owe it is one of those things I ignored when I really should of been paying attention. I have a good job now. I have been with my current employer for over 6 months. we need help on how to stop foreclosure
